 Bill is the Co-Founder and Directing Attorney of the ELDR Center.  


Bill previously worked as a Supervising Attorney with the Orange County Legal Aid Society where he supervised the Senior Citizens Legal Advocacy Program.    


Bill earned his bachelor's degree and law degree from Santa Clara University.

Brooke is the Executive Director of the ELDR Center.


Before founding the ELDR Center, Brooke provided legal services to veterans as an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Legal Fellow. She worked to ensure access to justice; prevent homelessness; increase employment; and more to protect the rights of our veterans.

Andrea is a volunteer attorney coordinating the Disability Justice Law and Organizing Project at the ELDR Center.   


Andrea graduated from UC Irvine School of Law in 2013.  She was a Skadden Fellow with Disability Rights Legal Center from 2013-2015 and continued as a volunteer attorney until 2020.  She is also a long-time social justice or

Andrea is a volunteer attorney coordinating the Disability Justice Law and Organizing Project at the ELDR Center.   


Andrea graduated from UC Irvine School of Law in 2013.  She was a Skadden Fellow with Disability Rights Legal Center from 2013-2015 and continued as a volunteer attorney until 2020.  She is also a long-time social justice organizer.  She is currently a coordinator with CAT-911 which creates alternatives to 911 in Southern California and is a founder of the Abolition and Disability Justice Collective.

 Ben is a pro-bono development attorney with ELDR. Ben previously worked as an attorney with Bet Tzedek Legal Services in Los Angeles as part of the Preventing and Ending Homelessness Project. He assisted unhoused clients with removing barriers to housing, as well as defended the rights of those at imminent risk of homelessness.

 Allison is the UCI Law Public Interest Fellow working at the ELDR Center. She earned her J.D. from the UC Irvine School of Law in 2022. During law school, she worked with the Southern California Housing Rights Center and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, primarily engaging with civil rights cases. She remains committed to purs
