- Small estate plans including a trust, will, power of attorney, and advance healthcare directive;
- Conservatorships;
- Receiverships;
- Disability rights issues including access to reasonable accommodations and related landlord-tenant issues as well as access to education for youth with special needs;
- Access to federal benefits; and
- Assistance to prevent and end physical, emotional, and financial elder abuse.

Low Cost Help with Elder Law Issues, Disability Rights and Estate Planning
The ELDR Center is leading the charge to end homelessness in Orange County. In our first four years, we successfully litigated multiple cases in Federal Court that have started to change the landscape in Orange County for the unsheltered community. We work collaboratively with the County and local cities towards permanent solutions including housing, transitional options, and emergency shelters.
We also offer free assistance with tickets and charges for unavoidable behaviors like eating and sleeping outdoors when no alternative is available.
